I recently had signs made for my business. They were completed quickly and look great, but when my wife brought them him I realized that the signs didn’t have grommets which was my mistake (I forgot to order). Speed pro had me bring them back on a Saturday before closing for the holidays, and installed the grommets at no extra charge. Amazing customer service.

Nagy took pictures and measurements and then sent initial proofs by email. We reviewed designs with staff and replied with our recommendations. Nagy's feedback and professional opinion regarding colours and script was always accurate. He showed us incredible patience and answered all questions promptly. Once the design was finalized, we received an appointment for installation. Joseph masterfully applied the logos while we waited. Installation process was under 1hr. Amazing experience. Indoor & Outdoor Banners
Different materials and styles are used for indoor and outdoor banners. Here’s how it works and what we offer:
Indoor banners are typically made out of fabric because they can be machine-washed and they’re resistant to creasing. Fabric doesn’t do well out in the cold and rain, however, so it’s for indoor use only. Canvas is another great option for indoor banners! We offer a number of different styles of indoor banners, including:
- Retractable banners (great for trade shows)
- Hanging banners
- X-stand banners (another trade show staple)
- Pop-up banners
- Step and repeat banners (for photo ops)
Outdoor banners are most often made out of vinyl and other durable materials; mesh is sometimes used for scaffolding and fencing. These materials can withstand the rain and cold here in Victoria (and although we’re warmer than the rest of Canada, 5℃ is still cold for fabric and canvas banners). We offer many different kinds of outdoor banners, including:

Professional Installation Services
Not every banner needs to be professionally installed; we can teach you how to set up and take down our retractable banners, pop-up banners, and X-stand banners.
Other banners need a little bit more TLC; that’s where we come in. We’ll install the banners on your behalf, even if they need to be mounted high up. Have a hanging banner that needs to hang from your second floor, or a mesh banner you want to hang on scaffolding? Call us; we’ll install your banner for you.
Custom Banners And Banner Stands
Custom banners and banner stands are the perfect way to boost your brand and get your message across. You tell us about your ideas: The images you want to include, the calls-to-action you need on the banner, your brand colours, your logo, where you’re going to place the banner, and anything else you need. Our in-house graphic design team handles the rest!
Our Process – From Design To Installation
How do we produce big, beautiful banners? It’s a simple three-step process: Design, printing, and installation.
Design: You tell us about what you want to include on your banner, and we create it for you. Already have graphic designs in mind? Submit it to us in working file format (like .svg) and we’ll modify the design to fit the space you want the banner displayed in, giving you feedback on what fonts to use, what images to utilize, and more. We iterate on the design until you’re satisfied!
Printing: Once you’ve approved the final design, we print your banner!
Installation: We show you how to set up and take down portable banners. For larger banners, our professional installation team will arrive on site to set up the banner for you.
The process is just as simple as that!
